How To Prep For An In-Person Interview (Updated For 2019)

Most interviews break into four stages and I’m going to provide tips for mastering each stage.

The four stages of an interview are - Introduction / Employer Questions / Candidates Questions & Closing.

The more you understand each stage, and what is expected of you, the better your chances of being selected.

Stage 1: Introduction – The decision to hire is not made at this stage, but it begins here
• Ask you the question: Tell Me About Yourself

Stage 2: Employers Questions – You must know your resume… Cold!
Most interviewers use a standard set of interview questions. These questions relate to how your skills, knowledge, training, and work experience fit the job and the company. Unfortunately, many job hunters do not prepare answers to these typical questions.

How To Get Your Resume Past The Applicate Tracking System...

Landing an interview for a position in a giant organization can feel impossible if you don’t have any personal connections.

People often blame the sheer volume of resumes that are submitted—HR simply can’t review them all with enough detail to see what a perfect candidate you are!

And this is partially true.  Many resumes are trashed before they’re even seen by human eyes. How is that possible?

In this video, I will give you 3 steps to get your resume past the ATS:

Step #1: Take The Overall Role Summary/Purpose Paragraph And Insert It Into Your Resume

Step #2: Match All Keywords And Buzz Phrases From The Job Announcement And Insert...
